The program is designed to teach you all the movements we use in CrossFit. Once you finish the 8 classes you can do any of the classes on our timetable. In the 45 minute session you will do a warm up, learn 1 – 4 new skills and then do a workout using those skills. Included in the program is free use of the gym, free yoga, free endurance classes.
If you are new to CrossFit our coaches will take you through 8 x 45 minute sessions to teach you everything we do in CrossFit. You will learn all the exercises, movements, specific warm ups we do in CrossFit so once you finish the 8 beginners sessions you will feel confident coming into classes and you will know what weights you should be using and how to scale exercises.
You have the flexibility of one on one training so you can pick days and times good for you.
An added bonus is the price stays the same if a friend joins you.
If you have done some CrossFit or strength training but need a recap of the movements we can book you in for a free intro session with a coach and help you with your movements. The coach will then decide how many PT sessions you need to do so we can get you into classes or you may be able to go straight into classes.
