CrossFit: Constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
Although these workouts can be intense and complex, CrossFit is universally scalable. Anybody from children, to those who have never worked out before, to athletes to the elderly can all complete the same workout, with varying levels of scaling.
We create workouts with infinite combinations of gymnastics, cardio, weightlifting and bodyweight exercises to increase your fitness, mental fortitude, and sense of self-satisfaction.
If you’re looking for a well rounded fitness modality in a fun and motivating group setting, CrossFit is for you!
At Inner City we run 8 classes a day, with classes capped at 14 members, with 1 trainer per 7 people.
If you’re new to Crossfit, you’ll be required to complete a Foundations course before you can begin classes – here we will teach you how to safely execute the fundamental movements that are involved in CrossFit, as well as slowly ease you in to the intensity delivered in class.
