This week’s meal has oriental flavours and the little and big kids will it.
● 500gms Turkey Mince
● any mix of vegi’s you have available (I used fresh beans, grated zucchini & grated carrot)
● Brown onion
● 2 TSPN chinese five spice
● 1/4 cup soy sauce
● 2 TBSN Hoisin sauce
Lettuce leaves and crushed nuts to serve.
Brown onion and garlic, add Turkey mince and continue to Brown. Add vegi’s 5 spice and sauces, stir thru and simmer for 15 mins. Serve in lettuce cups and sprinkle with crushed nuts (I use walnut’s).
